Anyone have any idea how to get a insulator for my ZAP, i think thats what it is called its the part that goes in the wick hole. When I got my ZAP it was not included? Provape Zen or anyone please help me!!!!

if you can find a small-medium size pipet try cutting the tip off, should be around the same size.
You can give that a try.

Has there been any updates on when a new shipment might be coming? I was under the impression that 12/15 was an arbitrary date based on an estimate of "4 weeks," but now the site says 12/14. Also, is there a specific time that I should be stalking (midnight, noon, timezone, etc)?

for those of you who do not have access to facebook we are looking at a release, here is the latest. We will have a batch available for sale starting Friday 12/14 at 12 noon PST. look for updates on facebook for a specific time in case the sale time changes.

there will be another shipment coming in next week and as soon as those arrive we will make another annoucement with dates and times

What size wick are you guys running? I removed the hole insert and am running a full size. It wicks fine but taste/vapor seems low.
