PS: Regardless, what you buy, all cartos/clearos/etc... are disposable. They last about about 3-4 weeks depending on how much you vape and whether you clean them. No matter what ones you buy, you are going to have to buy new ones in a month. I would say get a few different kinds and see which ones work the best. I can't even recommend any because I've never used a KR808 and do not see accessories for them much anywhere.

I'm looking for a clearomizer that won't leak, won't crack, fits nicely on my batt and is reusable for as long as possible with as little fuss as possible. Lacking that has anyone made an 808 carto that doesn't burn up so easy.

These are 808 threaded, but you have to buy your own juice. They were also designed to fit perfectly on stick-batts. I've had many of them with varying success, some leak, some mute the flavor, but overall pretty decent. Smokeless Image cartos are some of the best 808's out there IMO so maybe try their prefilled or blanks with any juice you like.

If the V2 cartomizers use a vertical coil that might explain your frequent burning problem. The newer, horizontal coil cartomizers are designed to prevent this burning problem, so I've read. I think the 808D cartomizers are great, they're simple, durable, and small.

Bloog is currently having a sale on 5-pack 808D horizontal coil cartomizers (prefilled or blank) for $5.
