So I know this is a mute point to some but with everyone saying rewrap...(I will not ruin my own, I like them too much and I have never rewrapped so no experience with it) I just wanted to point out some things I have noticed...The purple efest are taller than the MXJO and the MXJO are taller than the original LG HE2. These are all, according to a number of posts and threads, the same battery so why is there a difference? If it is the same battery why is there 3 different sizes, I tried to illustrate this with my pics and if you look close you can see it. Yes, the top caps all look the same but at different heights it leads to me to beleive they may be different casings with the same caps, unknown to me as of yet...another interesting thing to me is that LG is a Korean company if I am not mistaken but yet every listing I can find for manufacturing location indicates they are made in China just like the other two batteries state right on the label?
Also my LG last the longest, my purple hit the hardest and my yellow just fall somewhere in between and I have 8 of each now so this is not just one each but the entire batch that do this IMO...(and no having this many does not mean I want to do a rewrap lol) Everyone says to not trust Chinese QC but with vtc now being produced in the Philippines is there that much of a difference anymore?

Also is there a difference in the LGHE2 and the LGHE4? Spec sheets look identical to me...just wondering if anyone knew...oh and did find one source that claims they are made in South Korea but unable to substantiate

Agreed, the battery either is or is not and my observation is what decides what nature forces it to do? I am assuming that is what you were implying through the miracle of quantum physics, or am I mistaken? lol, I am greedy and want someone else to destroy their pretty wrappers and perfectly good and operating batteries

No the mxjo is different to my knowledge, slightly different. The efest and lg are the same.

the difference in performance is easily explained because of the binning process. but those casings being different sizes, man i just dont know. perhaps different manufacturing plants using different casings with the same internals.

Agreed, LG and efest FEEL the same, the mxjo does not FEEL like the others, although I have pushed the mxjo further than the efest or LG (same thing lol) the mxjo mah rating is sooooo overrated

I for one am convinced all batteries are the same, from the same factory...... The difference between good battery and bad, is the number of beers the night before. The wrappers or re-wapping is done as a second step, maybe by other "manufacturers".

The height difference is based on the number of stacked wrappers or thickness of the wrappers on the battery.

Yeah...I can't even jokingly agree with that, there's different quality, amp limits, lengths (that do NOT have to do with just the wrapper) and too many other variables to say they're all the same, you must be getting some bad batts to be saying something like that, they even physically test differently, and you think they're all the same??? No sir, they are not
