I nagged Victoria over Saturday and Sunday last week quite a bit regarding technical specs of a few of her items and she was prompt, thoughtful and courteous (and patient!) in response everytime
She even attempted to secure a voltage meter at the drop of a hat to answer a few of my questions

I ended up speaking to her on the phone, and it was a pleasure. She's very humble, down to earth, and enthusiastic about vaping and running her own business, and continuing to learn as much as she can
She' also open to and interested in expanding her product lines with an eye on meeting the demands of her customers
I promptly received my package after ordering, always a plus!
She threw in a sample of her blueberry ice.
Now I'm not a 'cute flavor' type at all, I'm pretty much strictly a tobacco man/tobacco-menthol man. But I love this stuff! Very impressed. Keep on mixing Victoria!
