Airsoft guns and e-cigarettes are pretty incomparable. Breaking a law doesn't automatically mean you can be arrested or searched, there usually needs to be provision for that in a given law. Have a look at your politicians and corporations for many examples.
They can't imprison you, If they are banned!!!!

All I need to know is this...If E-Cigs are banned in the USA, how will I be able to purchase liquid? Does this mean I can purchase it from a supplier that doesn't promote or advertise? Perhaps from a country where they are still legal? How are all of us going to be able to continue vaping?
We might all have to order direct from China or some other country. Many people order meds online that they would otherwise need prescriptions for. If you get unlucky, it will get confiscated at the border. If not, it arrives at your door.
The advantage of this method is, we will avoid paying a markup to those pesky tax-paying, employee-hiring, economy-boosting small legitimate US companies that our government is looking to put out of business.
