I think 15% was based on a 10ml sample.

If you were to do a 5ml, perhaps adjust to fit? 7-8%

I don't know what would happen if you exceeded, or reduced the alcohol. There is a sure way to know, try it :)

I would do it, though, I believe this process is to aid with steeping, rather, prevent the need to steep. I don't steep anyways, so, I don't know if this process is beneficial for me. I might try it someday soon, just to say that I have.

I think we VG vapers need to add more DW or Vodka if you prefer to make the juice more liquidy if you will - VG is very thick and not easy to wick. I too was wondering about the 20% flavor - but you will need to add more flavor bc of the extra DW/V - Mt Baker sells 70% VG 30% water - but I suspect their flavor has PG in it. So where do you guys buy your 100% VG flavors from?

Not really. Think about it - if you didn't use DW or Vodka, the percentage would be replaced by the VG or PG - still 80% of the base mixture. 65% PG/VG + 15% DW or Vodka + 20% Flavor = 100% juice = 80% PG/VG + 20% Flavor
