Thank you for all the great advice and the warm welcome! Now I just have to find the best menthol juice out there and I will be in heaven!!!

Can't help you there. But Lauren @ wordupecig.com makes a choc/menthol that my wife is pretty nuts about. It's not on their website, but you can email her or Jeff and they'll get you set up. If it sounds good that is.

E-juice is very much a "to each their own" kinda thing. Try a bunch of them. Try PG base. Try VG base. Eventually you'll find some that strike your fancy. That's another cool thing about vaping. The flavor journey never ends! :p

nhaler... regular nuport and hv super menthol...mixed 50/50 is menthol perfection
Halo menthol ice is looking very promising too..havent tried that one yet though...I have tried their newpure which is an interesting one...very clean tasting almost vanilla with undertones of tobacco and menthol...it's a complex juice and I'm still trying to get a read on it myself..but for a new company they're getting great reviews, and are an USA made juice on top of their game with their QC

What questions have you folks been submitting to the ladies at CigNot? Lol, I had to ask?

I mean, I guess my thinking can go either way - I'm a first time buyer and decided to get the 510 from them. With the forums and their descriptions on the website- I had no questions to ask! Maybe once I know more, I'll have some questions?

So.. I'm just curious, because I keep reading all over the place that "My question was answered very quickly" ? Its great that they have the response time, but I just can't think of what to ask? LOL

Oh you will... you just wait! ;)

Or maybe you just remember more from reading the forum? Ah, to be young & have a memory that works.

Welcome thelook!

I think you will be happy with the 510 from Cignot. They truly are great ladies. Wonderful customer service and a fantastic work ethic AND amazing prices!

The 510 is a good PV to start with. I have others now for certain situations, but my 510 is still always with me.

It would be great to find one single best all over PV, but I don't think it actually exists for me. That is because I have different requirements depending on the situation. If I'm driving a long distance I want something that holds a lot of liquid and the battery lasts a long time (Kr8). If I'm showing people what it is all about I want something that is easy to fiddle with and makes impressive vapor (510 or M401). If I'm testing flavors I want something with an easy to clean atty (M401). If I am ..... well, you get the point!

Try not to stress too much with finding the perfect piece of equipment. The most important thing is that you have something! Enjoy the journey and know that you will be saving money and saving your health regardless of how many 'not quite right' purchases you make!

thelooks - Welcome to the vaping family :D

Definitely read up all you can on here. Lots of people here got suckered into buying either a bad e-cig or a way overpriced one... I'm one of those people. If you have any questions we're all try to answer them the best we can :) Haven't heard complaints on the Joye510, some people prefer the manual (with a button instead of just inhaling it like a normal cig;automatic).

Yep. I was "suckered" into buying a kit with a company that I've seen advertise here.
It took 5 phone calls, and 3 e-mails to find out if they even received my order.
Two days after the last e-mail I sent, the un-named company said they were sorry, but the color I wanted is backordered, but they'd send me white and some free cartridges. They finally arrived, and am I I ever disappointed!

I didn't do enough initial research here!!!
I e-mailed them, since they have a money-back guarantee, and have received no reply. They don't answer their phones, so I e-mailed again... twice more actually, expressing my dissatisfaction. That was days ago, and still no answer.

I'll just keep the stupid thing for emergencies, but I believe ordered a great new kit from a recommended company based on info here. As soon as I ordered, I received an invoice, and the an hour later, a shipping notice. It'll be here tomorrow! YAY!
(but, boooooooooo, to that other company!)

Yep I sure wish I had found this fourm before I ordered my first kit, the good thing is another one of the kits I ordered before this fourm has not arrived yet, so I will be able to send it back without opening it!!

I took the advice here and ordered 2 510 kits from cignot, and am looking forward to having a better vaping experience!!!

I was a menthol smoker and my biggest mistake thus far was buying a GIANT 50 ml bottle of menthol e-liquid and bunches of other smaller bottles of various menthols when I first started. (Yeah... not really a big mistake since I have ended up using them all!) The reason it was a mistake is that it never occurred to me that I might actually like other flavors better!!!! And I do!!! I vape menthol very rarely now. I love so many other flavors. Cappuccino and Vanilla Custard and Banana Nut Bread and English Toffee and Gingerbread and.... well, you get the idea!

Back to the topic of menthol... I find that most of them lack the tobacco undertones that I was expecting. I found that they worked best for me when I mixed menthol with a tobacco flavor. Some of them are more minty than menthol. The only way to figure out what you like best is to try them.
