Sleezy, do not buy many flavors. According to your taste, do an analysis of aromas and buy small quantities. There are some that are concentrated and you use usually 2%, If some are a combination of 1%.
For example: I'm testing with: (Virginia / Espresso / Red Oak).
I did some bottles with 1%, 2%, 3% apart and together: virginia 2%, 1% espresso.
I'll wait 14 days and see the taste, then go to setting. It is a process of patience!

I was thinking of making the "easier" ones such as watermelon / blueberry. Fruity juices.
I'm not that big of a fan of tobacco juices. I used it first 1-2weeks then they've just been sitting there ^^

I'm a fan of tobacco, if I lived closer I would buy, but I live in Brazil, rssss.
Do this, juices with flavors you know, in small amounts and wait for maturity ... after you can play with flavours, adding other flavors one at a time ... so you will find flavors of your liking and definitive way to day to day.

I'm a newbie at this, but if you need help I'm here

Good luck!
