Thinking my 510 to 510 shorted out new UF 18650

I just recently got a 510 to 510 extender to put a dripshield on my lr 510 attys and it wouldnt fire. Battery worked fine untill I tried the extender and now it wont fire at all. I'm using the 18650 ultra fire 3000 mah red batteries on an Altsmoke Omega. Has anybody else experienced this?

You should screw the adapters together, then twist your Atty on just till it snugs and stop, did you screw your Atty all the way down tight ? that's what may have shorted you out. or just leave everything lose until your Atty fires, you should never make everything tight, center pins on the Attys will sometimes give you a short it you snug em down to tight.!!

Yeah no, nothing was tight. I always start loose and play with the draw on atty or carto. I know both batteries were fully charged and I'm at work so I have to wait to throw them on a volt meter
