Ive and Ego-t and lots of problems with the leaks, It has good taste, a tank that, supposely, kept you satisfied for a long time but in my personal experience with it is a waste e-liquid too, but what Rainiele says is truth... the leakin problems decrease if u have fullfill tank almost all the time mmm is unconfortable in my opinion... the batteries could be the best part of the kit and the best comercial batteries in the vapor world for me

So those Boge LR 510 cartomizers just screw right into an EgoT battery with no issue?

I just bought an EgoT and made the purchase about 5 minutes before reading this thread and everyone saying the taste sucks...so if those little guys are the solution Im gonna buy a ton of them right now.

Just wanted to make sure they work right.

I just started and am using the eGo-C and so far it's been good, but that could also mean I don't know what I am missing! I am thinking of getting the ProVari from all the reviews on it ~ what do you guys think of the ProVari?

Provari is one of the top VV's, but the Darwin is little more technologically advanced and you can use 1.5 ohm dual coil carto's on the Darwin which I like.

The Ego T was my 1st and only unit I've used in the past 6 months. At first I loved it (A tank) but had trouble with not enough vapor and then tried the B tanks. They'd work ok for a while but it was missing something. After much reading I've switched over to cartos--I've used Boges, mega dual coil carts, and ressurectors. I will not go back to tanks as I always had to mess with them and they left me less than satisfied. That being said, they did get me off the analogs after 26 years.........

As another poster stated, Egos can be reconfigured and used with other parts easily. I haven't gotten advanced as a vaper and will probably just continue with the Ego with a cart......YMMV

Thanks. Yeah I've read more bad things about the ego than good things.

Don't get the eGo confused with the eGo-T

I have seen very few bad things about the eGo... the only complaint is generally that they are lower voltage... but you may like a lower voltage vape... I know for me, I don't like warm vapor or throat hit... I like a nice smooth full flavor vape.

That said... I have the eGo-T and have had NO problems... though the last few days I've been direct dripping and using CE2s, just to try something different(so far not impressed with the CE2s)

I purchased a regular ego and loved it. Needed something that i could use in the car and not have to drip so i bought an ego t and had a bunch of problems. 1 atty the wick fell out - the other leaked everywhere. I read good and bad about them - i liked it except for the issues. Hoping i just got some bad attys - going to try again with some lr ones and see how that goes. Just got a SB and absolutely love it.

I have a Pig Cig. Nothing special there. It doesn't have problems, but for the money $80, why not get something with 1100 mAh batteries? And, the Pig Cig is 808D-1 not 510 batteries. This limits yah on some stuff.

If you don't mind size and price is no object, look at this bad boy: Buzz Pro

Review for such: A PBusardo Review - The Buzz Pro VV Mod from NotCigs - YouTube

If swedishfish says avoid the Tank...then listen.

I understand I am still in the minority to not recommend an eGo but .....

As far as tanks go, not one single drop has leaked from my Madvapes tank. While I still carry my 801 atty with me at all times, I have not needed to use it. The 2.0 tank cartos do a good job on TH as well as vapor. Very happy with it and I'm rather particular.

If you want the ego I suggest to get the new ego-c way better than the t. Good vapor and good taste 10 times better than the t.

+1. The ego t was my first ecig. It was horrible, when it did work I kept getting a burnt taste. I still use an ego, great product. I would get the ego c.

I started about 2 months ago with an eGo-T dripping as the sales people at Freedom Smoke here in town didnt explain there were any alternatives to the drip. After being a hard core smoker for 45 years, I immediately gave up analogs completely which was great. About a month ago I picked up an eGo-C because I was tired of dripping (didnt know you could reconfigure the eGo-T). So far I really like the eGo-C a lot better than the eGo-T. I'm using the carto with the C so no dripping, only have to fill it twice a day (or take a spare with and just change over) and the attys seem to be lasting way longer than the T's, and a battery charge lasts me all day. I'm learning more each day so who knows if I'll change anything, but for now I'm a happy camper. Maybe a larger carto in the future.......

I started with a tank and just had alot of difficulties with it. I like tobacco flavored juices, so the LR cartomizers work very well. However, some tobacco juices are not good when they are that hot. I always keep some regular cartomizers around for those juices. Don't be afraid to try things - just don't damage your equipment. (Unless you have alot of money; then go for it).
