Dee, I would imagine that your "Allure" BDC is the new Aspire that Fran was talking about a few pages back. I'm all ears to hear how you like it...I'm still not convinced that a bottom coil can give me the warmth I need in my vape. There's just too much air for it to travel from the bottom to the tip. Still enjoying my i16, but I do have to unscrew the tip and blow it out a couple of times a day.

Nice observation Pokey...and quite well could be the difference in how the condensation gets up in the tip.

5c, you're just a manly man and haven't had to have a woman smack you upside the head! LOL Wharf knows...step outa line and you'll never see it coming!

Another busy week just flying by. The Tug Hill area north of Syracuse could get up to 11 inches tonight through tomorrow, but where we are should just get mixed precip, probably no accumulation.

I still have to finish the skirt attachment around the crawlspace at camp, but if it doesn't occur until next year there's no harm. I'm doing a bit of electrical, and this weekend we'll probably bring the kayaks inside, then there'll be a series of smaller projects.

We're overcast today, but no real precip. expected.

Seems I woke up to a possible cold coming on. I was still sound asleep at 11:30 when Katie decided she needed to see if I had croaked. Scratchy sore throat and just want to go back to sleep...so I think I will Maybe I'm just allergic to the idea of snow season!

This cooler weather is dong wonders for my sleep. I slept like 10 hours straight the night before last. Last night I slept a lot too. My niece woke me up crying this morning because my Sister had already gone to work before she got up. So she watched Despicable Me with me for about a half hour before she got ready to go to school. I still haven't watched DM2 yet I guess I'll be watching that with her sometime this weekend. So anyway I stayed and finished watching Despicable Me and then I went back to sleep till 2pm.

Thank you Fran, motrin, a nap, and a cup of coffee has me feeling better. I have a clone recipe for Cafe Vienna instant coffee and it's great on a cold afternoon

I had a classic d'oh moment I was doing a very hot water soak cleaning, without thought tossed an m1a1 in, with caps on.

The tank body expanded where the caps were

I have another tank body, will pick up another body only when I order an envy late this year. I also have a spare long tube that I might just cut down.

Yep Bov.... that tank was called an Aspir. All I rally knew for sure was it started with an "A"...The caps were thin so they should be light...I saw the coil as well and like it..The B&M didn't have them stocked yet.

Pokey linked the new I30 this morning...The new coils have no visible wicks...

My GrandMa had a cousin in New York...Natt was a sports photographer for the Times...I'm not sure if Babe Ruth was retiring or being traded but it was his last game as a Yankee...Natt's assignment was to take pics of a pre-game ceremony honoring the Babe...He got there late and all the good spots along the first base line were taken so he set up on the third base line...His pic shows Babe from behind with all the other photographers and the crowd in full view..He won awards and the pic is owned by the Smithsonian where it's on display...Yeah I got a few copies whilst I still could....Why do I mention this??? I'm pretty sure the Sox have this thing called the curse of the "Bambino"....Looks like I'ma gonna have to pull some Voodoo majik out on them....They're kicking our azz!!!!!!!!!!

Cool story Dee. I don't know anything about my family beyond my grandparents on either side. Kinda scared to dig in there, but it would be fun to research. Makes me wonder why there were no family stories passed down.

I don't have much family left, but what I do have (besides my brother and step sister) I walked away from when I was 17. Last time I saw any of the aunts, uncles, and cousins was at my mom's funeral. Have never regretted it. I never bought into the "blood is family" BS.
