Again, same here Tracy. Depends on where the 2 air masses collide. And Katie is still harping about the roof! She told me this afternoon that the guy down the street cleared his roof off and said "he's a roofer." I told her to walk down there and ask him to clear ours then because I'm not climbing up there!! Just for the record...he's a landscaper, not a roofer but I didn't bother to remind her of that ;)

5c, Dee is right about my problem with the juice was the ph balance. Some people are sensitive to it, some not. I guess if I'm that sensitive, it could irritate my lungs the same way tho. I gave up on that flavor.

Fran it's too cold here for rain right now, but we have a big mass of warm air right off the coast that will be sucked in as the storm moves north. Our temps are supposed to go up above freezing for the next few days.

Haha Moon...love it! ACV = Apple Cider Vinegar :)

The last storm pulled down some of my gutters as the snow melted and slid down and off of the roof. It crashed onto my lower metal roof. It's staying that way until it melts and warms up some. Not sure if it'll be reusable or if it'll need replacing.

My car is still on top of a few inches of ice. I believe it is level with the curb. My side of the street doesn't get sun so it'll be this way for quite a while.

Man we're really getting hammered now...Full on freakin' blizzard....warm air should advance in from the Atlantic this evening....turning the snow into freezing rain...Word is I-95 is blocked by stuck traffic...

Should be sunny and 65* any day now.....any day...tap....tap.....tap....

I saw that on the news, LD! What the heck were all of those people doing on the roads? The entire upstate of SC is shut down.

Charleston was only expecting rain. Only problem was that the rain froze over. 100s of thousands are without power down there including my son. He said that there are trees and power lines down everywhere. Not even a streetlight remains on. All cell towers except for Verizon are down as well.

We got pounded by snow, sleet and ice but, still have power. Go figure.

To begin here tonight and could last until Friday morning.
Plthhhhhhhhh!!

Yeah but, you are in NJ! We are getting 3 days of this crap and are in the south lol

Stay safe, warm and off the streets if you are able to ;)

The got dang satellite dish is frozen over....no signal....SOAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salem we have no roads visible...I ventured into town and watched as the snow low went by...left a perfectly groomed bed of snow....packed hard and slick as well....ICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Round 2 has left quiet the accumulation...Local TV said 1/2....yeah....8/9 easy here and everywhere I've been...with a good inch plus of sleet icing...freezing rain now...YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! So far the power remains and for that I'm GRATEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were a ton of idiots proving their driving abilities today...3 times I pulled over to let people offin' my azz...I made it dent and ditch free though...

5 the main thing is get juice you can trust...A trip to the local MVs was eye opening to me...My kitchen is closer to a lab...The Myrtle Beach store is even worse...17 year old mixologists...and a line out the door waiting on juice.....Me...I'm planning on doing the Snake Oil soon...Pear and something I forgot...I've heard pear flavors vape tremendously...Gonna give the Dragon's Blood a go as well...

We got the freezing rain atm...Hoping the power remains until the sun comes up...Wish me luck....

It is the same here, LD. We have about 8" and round 2 is still going. Please stay off the roads! No matter how safe you are, it's the others that will get you.

We have a generator but, it is still a major PITA to be without power.

My son was in the hospital with the flu and pnuemonia last week and is still recovering. I really hate that he is without power :(

I just figured that the folks up your way would stay off the roads as well after seeing that mess in Atlanta a few weeks back. thats why I was surprised to see the traffic jam and abandoned cars on the interstate.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you Dee.

I have some pear flavoring, I may have to revisit it. First time I tried it I mixed it with green tea and that juice was more like skunk blood! It put me off of it for quite awhile, but I think I went too heavy handed. Maybe I'll try pear with a touch of fresh cream.

I'm sorry to hear about your son Salem. Hope he does ok and continues to get better. Being without power does suck!

Bov if I'm not mistaken the pear was combined with a "cream"....2 drops per 5ml lemon juice???? I'm thinking it'll be easy and good...but then I've a cabinet full of great sounding stuff....

Salem we're hunkered down for dang sure...Ventured out today for groceries and all 3 stores were closed...dined on tuna/mayo/peppericoni salad{the entire content of the cupboard} and a chunk of cheddar...If that ding dang grocery ain't open tomorrow....I'm breaking in!!!!!!!!!

Ha, ha. I hope that they are open but, if you disappear we will know that you are where you will get 3 warm meals a day.

I was lucky in that I went to the grocery store on Sunday. I had no clue about the storm at that point but had just got back from Charleston. I stopped back by the store on Monday evening and.... forget about it. The deli was wiped out of cold cuts, no bread, nothing.

Thanks, Bov. He will be okay. It was very scary though. The flu is hitting the 20 and 30 year olds hardest this year. He was so sick that I drove down there to take him to an Urgent Care. He was transported from UC to hospital in an ambulance because they did not want to remove the oxygen. I guarantee you that he will never miss another year of getting his flu shot!

Plus, he promised the doc that he would quit smoking. So far, so good :)

I hope you continue to be ok Salem. I'm worried about Pokey, and have been thinking about you all who are not used to this weather!

I'm here... lotsa sleet, ice, no internet, no TV and phone acting wonky but here.

With power :)

Haven't ventured out past my house, but I have one old tree down (that needed coming down, anyways) and several branches, too. Last I was able to check, many around here and around the state are in far worse shape. I've been lucky.

Glad all is well enough with my friends ElDee and Salem-- so sorry to hear of your son's plight and how ill he has been :(

Tried to email you Bov... guess it didn't go through. Thanks for thinking of me

All y'all take care, stay safe and warm and dry!
