And my lil ol' WalMart TracFone just keeps plugging along ....
LOL, but you're right Mark, technology is a wonderful thing as long as its all working right.
TT

LOL, TT, my first cell was a TracFone from WalMart. Now I have "upgraded" to a flip style from the Dollar Store.![]()
Morning Buzzards!
Lilac, I have Tracfone's Big Easy so I can see the damn numbers on it lol! I don't like texting on it because you have to use the number pad for letters, and then scroll on the text page to pick the right letter from the numbers you push. I wish I had gotten a flip phone tho, this one is too easy to .... dial http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/mooning/big-.....gif
Okay but if you need it just let me know.Thank you 5c. We both run Win7x64 pro, and I'm fairly certain we have the disk...I'm just too lazy to look thru the boxes down in the basement.

Thanks for the recommendation, Tracy. I got some Purple Haze, too and it's delicious.
lolHeh, yea. I've found tricks to bypass just about every MS nuisance out there. The most useful one was how to reset your Windows Validation Key. Had to do that when I built my new PC before I upgraded to Win7 64.5c you already are cool
Got my taxes done without needing to get into Kev's computer...not much to an EZ form
Found 2 things that might have caused the .dll issue. The cmos batt is dead in his rig, and he had just reconnected his external HD and a different monitor. I doubt the different monitor has anything to do with the error, but whatever the problem is may be why he thought his other monitor had died. I'm too lazy to bring the monitor up from the basement and test it on my rig. It's his problem, no reason for me to worry about it.
Ha, Mod the hacker!

The boot issue could be related to the external drive. Sometimes the PC will try to boot from the external. I did a BIOS update on my mobo and for some reason my boot priorities got changed and it tried to boot from my back up drive. It popped up a couple different errors. One was bootmgr and I forgot the other. Since my back up drive doesn't have an OS on it there was no boot manager. I also plug my cell phone into my PC for charging and my PC would occasionally try to boot from my phones HDD. I had to go into my BIOS and remove my phone from the boot process (as well as reset my boot drive).
