The worst thing about alcohol is that's where most people start their addiction, then on to drugs. Funny part is a lot of junkies end up back on the wine bottle after they can't afford drugs anymore. It's a vicious circle. I've seen a lot of people die from both, Too damn many.

Five I heard about the bridge falling...Was that near you??? I talked with direct this morning...I was a couple days overdue and billed for next month already...$88 crept only to $90 last month + a $4 late fee...Proving I'm not crazy next month's bill is an even $100...I got better things to do and actually I'm damned tired of getting ...... each month...They will receive $88 each and every month...That's what it was...If that doesn't please them then cut it off...

One night in the early eighties we played a gig in Fayetteville....It was our home and it had been two months since we were home...There was a party after the club closed and I went with some friends...Myself and a close associate were hiding out in the kitchen when a dude burst in with a kitten in his hand....He threw it into an over the stove mounted microwave and started punching buttons...I flipped and rammed his head into the microwave door destroying it in the process...then he got the boots...That kitty went on to live a long and happy life with a friend's mother...A few months down the road we returned to Fayetteville and the microwave guy trapped me in the club's bathroom...I was taking care of business when he entered and swung a beer bottle at my head...That's the only time I ever knocked anyone out with one shot....and....he got the boots again...Don't microwave a kitty and you won't get your ... beat...Simple

Today I celebrated 20 years (7304 days 
not that I'm counting) clean and sober. On saturday I'm heading to a Birthday meeting where 4 of us will have 80 years... should be fun !!!
