We got the boomers too but they passed by quickly and didn't leave a drop of rain. We have a chance of T-storms for the next forever. Really puts a damper on going camping.

We usually are doing weekend camping by now but not with all this stupid rain.

Wharf will be quite disappointed in me, but I have to admit that I logged into his FB account and he has saved every message conversation he's had in the last several years. I was shocked at a lot of it, discovered that he'd been choosing names off my friends list to send messages to them asking for, well...you can guess. Also found out that he'd been doing the nasty with complete strangers from a local hookup site ever since we moved back here. It was enough to make me once and for all except that it is what it is, and all I can say is I'm glad I had my Dr. order a full panel of std tests on my last blood work and it all came back clean! I booted his computer up, deleted all his saved passwords so that they won't be there if the temptation hits me to snoop again. Thank goodness for a very wonderful friend who calmed me down as I was reading all of that sheet and ranting up a storm
In our F@H thread, we have a new member who also lives here in CT, Sashwa will know who/what I'm talking about. His family owns a dairy farm SW of me, and today had this pic on their FB page and blog. It was taken under last night's super moon, and I wanted to share...it's gorgeous!

If I can find a big old jar of local honey I will use it for all my sweetening needs....Being I ain't no spring chiKKen I wanna remove any harmful chemicals possible...The removal of aspartame several months back had benefits..no more dizzy Dee...no more am I gonna pass out???? I bought 3 or 4 24 packs of Diet Coke at a time...anything artificial will likely harm you...Pure Cane Sugar is OK in moderation...Sugar is addictive....To much and....well....That's why I'm dieting....Should the sugar be unrefined it would be much better....Coconut Palm Sugar is available nearby...I'm gonna get some and see what's up with that...What kills me is the "Stevia in the Raw".....In my book "raw" is the purest form...I was fooled again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an experimental planting of Stevia growing...Three plants to determine if homemade Stevia will make the grade...They don't grow as fast as I anticipated....We'll see what comes of that in the Fall.....

Mail is getting terrible. I've been waiting on laptop parts all day and the tracking says "out for delivery 9:00 AM" but it is now 10:12 PM and I'm sure they're not about to show up tonight. They must be on that truck that takes 2 days.
