I don't want to smash any vendors, however, this guy is boosting this smoke because he is an affiliate of BluCig. When you go to his blog he has the blucig banners and they are the affiliate banners from blu. That being said you have to expect him to to make them sound like the best out there. My friend got a set from here late afternoon last wed. Before he got his set i ordered one(wed morning). He got his on wed after about a 7day wait. Also before i ordered i called to make sure they had the product in stock now and they said yes. I tried my buds and was less than impressed with the vapor that it produced. No throat hit really and weak flavor in my opinion. I let my order stand because i wasn't sure if his was faulty or not but from the looks of this guys video its standard for no vapor really from these. On thurs my order and payment were still pending i called again and they answered right away and assured me again that they had the item in stock and i wouldnt be charged till i had my item shipped out, but they were backed up with so many orders it was taking a day to get them packed and shipped. Ok great customer service so far i think. I get an email on Fri saying it had shipped and they had taken the money for the trans. Checked paypal and sure enough they took the cash. Expected my product would arrive today or at least tomorrow and i wanted to track the order so i called this morn to find out the tracking number and they told me that it hadn't shipped out yet and it would be mid to late this week before they would have anymore product and then my order would be shipped out!!
Why didn't they tell me this before?!?!?!? POOR FORM BluCig be warned their customer service is great they answer the phone no prob but they will mostly just tell you what ever you need to hear to get you to
buy their product or they just have no idea what is going on internally at this company. This of course is only my opinion of this company but i thought i would share my experience with all of you. I did request a refund and they gave me one no questions asked altho i haven't seen it show back up in my paypal yet, i sure hope they did it. I cant say this product is no good as i haven't owned one yet but the one my friend has is mediocre at best. Maybe his is no good, i have no idea and i do plan to test these further one day but ill wait for now. I think they are just all crazy over there now because they are such a new company so if you want these i would wait a few weeks till they work out the bugs and everyone at BluCig is on the same page.
