thanks for the reply I almost thought nobody here just cared enough to answer my question thats all. I just figured with all the people that had bought the stone tank ther would be a better response

Ok, a couple of things. One, make sure wick slits stay lined up with the wicks. Sometimes when you turn the top cap it sounds the rubber thingy and misaligns it. Second, take the rubber thing out and look see if it has a scotch mark. If it does it can be a couple of things. The coil could be canted over to one side and need repositioning. The rubber thing could have too deep of a inner lip, and you can lightly trim it with a cuticle trimmer.

but ....most folks just scan down lists of posts quickly & move on (I'm guessing)
so you have to get as much info in title/first sentence as possible ...
also read everything in reference to your product B-4 you post a question ...
especially when you have a problem ,cuz if you are having it ....others are too.
So the info is usually already there ....

And the stone adds a twist, because, well...the top twists
my giant visions do too ....
they are from the 1st version & I use them in a 5ml syringe housing that replaces the tube...
so my whole top spins & whenever I get a dry hit (very rare)
it is usually cuz the wicks & wick channel aren't lined up & the cap is cuttin' off da' juice flow !!

no really what erin said. also all the usual ce2 physics applies so anythings you would check on a ce2 (coil, cup seal, wick) also apply. still dont have one yet cant justify the purchase to mama cuz my visions are still doing too good.

I have the same issue with the Stone Tanks. I got two and one of them I can't figure out how to remove the chemical taste (it's currently soaking in vodka). My other one I burned the wicks black and broke one in half. I've carved up the silicon nipple cap to help it wick better and scoop out the ring in the center. Hrm. Well, maybe I'm just unlucky but I'm always a sucker to try new things -- just ordered two of the vision grande tanks!
