I know you do a lot of testing Morandir, in your opinion you think this isn't anything to worry about? Just never thought about nic levels being so high, made me a mite worried....

I just did a tour of V4L and I know their quality control was discussed I have *NO* hesitations about accepting anything V4L tells me as being "gospel" If they say 4mg...it's 4mg (or, as close to it as makes no difference) and if they say 36...I'll know to stay away because it's too high for me

As for others, I think that's one reason I haven't "sampled" other products...I did hours and hours of research and was confident about the V4L product (and its users...take a bow, family) before I ordered I didn't see that many other places who would stand behind their product and their testing like V4L

But, yeah, it's serious news for anyone vaping from other vendors...unless they do as strict quality control as V4L Scary, isn't it?

Ms. Plantlvr in all seriousness 272mg would make most people seriously ill or worse. I'm honestly the exception to the rule. There are a few people in the 12+ml a day club, but everyone else I've seen in it vape 12-24mg. I go 36mg at the bare minimum, have a couple of bottles that have had nicotine added bringing them to 48mg and 60mg or so for serious cravings (those are my super wowboy and ultra nuport wow bottles). Again, for 99% of people out there it's downright dangerous. You have to know your personal limits on this one...

Yeah I read all about this yesterday and while many bottles were arriving well below the advertised strength, the one that came in at 272mg was INSANE. That could literally have killed someone. Good things may come of this though, especially in the form of testing and QC procedures. If we don't start policing ourselves a bit harder, the FDA is gonna have a field day when they decide policing is what's needed.

You vape 15 mils a day? That's seriously crazy. The juice strength isn't what baffles me, its that you somehow find time to vape that much. Some days I hit it harder than others but even if I tried... seriously tried... I'm not sure I could do more than 5. You sure you ain't drinkin some of it?

This is the reason I do not do DIY, I am a clutz irl. I would probably poison myself by accident. And your reason is the same as mine for coming to V4L

I have been a vaper for about a year and seven months now, and I rarely go out side Vapor 4 Life's sub forum, because I am a customer to them and not a DIY.

Since I am not a DIY person (I am clumsy irl and afraid I will hurt myself) I wish to thank you so much for what you have done by taking the time out of your busy day to do some testing.

This is rediclous and uncalled for, for a vender to be doing something like this. I truly hope that vender's will start getting on the ball and stepping their game up.

Finally got to read the article today. I'm glad a member of the e-c- forum did the testing (a chemist no less) and is willing to test other DIYers nic for them. Mix-ups happen but this could have been catastrophic.
