First order - thought I ordered extra strong flavoring but it didn't have much flavor. Emailed Chris and after we emailed back and forth and I looked at my order again - I ordered wrong - yes I did. They did nothing wrong. I asked him if I could order extra flavorant from his website because I couldn't find it and he replied that he would send me some. Asked him how much and he never replied.................

Well today (only 5 days later) I get 3 little bottles of flavourant for what I already had in my possession AND he sent me another bottle of each one in XTRA strong PLUS (yes PLUS) another free sample.

Now you can't ask for more than that now can you!!!!

Every time I order I am pleased and no matter how much I try to find a better deal I haven't...crazy fast shipment for me and although I am new to vaping I don't have any complaints and keep him at the top of my list... I love the flavors I've gotten and I think they ma have been a slight problem once but it was taken care of so quickly I've forgotten what it was. Seriously, I would have to go back and check what it was. Now that is customer service that will keep bringing me back. I love 'em. Going to order some more now and the last time I left a good post I was on my way too his site too.

They rock!

I have had a similar experience with these guys. I ordered 4 juices (my first e-juice purchase ever). It came with a freebie that I loved. One of the flavors wasn't quite what I expected (Djarum Black, tasted like a stick of black licorice). I sent an email asking if I could try something else, and within 10 minutes I received a phone call. They asked a couple questions and said they'd take care of me, and what would I like instead?

Within 3 days I got a replacement of the Djarum -- to make sure it wasn't a mix-up of flavors, a replacement bottle of Reese's Cups (which I thought would be, and found out was delicious!!), and 3 or 4 freebie samples. I haven't gotten around to writing a THANK YOU email (tsk tsk I know, but I just moved across the country).. but I must say, this is the BEST customer service I have ever seen from any company. They went above and way beyond to make things right -- without a problem and without a cost to me. I love these guys! :)
