So last week, I received an order from MyFreedomSmokes, which included a 20ml bottle of Orange 24mg. The juice had a very strange taste that just seemed wrong, so I contacted Chris to let him know the flavoring might have gone bad or something. Turns out there was a mistake with my order, which is why it tasted so unlike orange.
So anyway, Chris tells me he will send me out a replacement immediately, which I appreciated, however I asked him to replace the orange with either cappuccino or chocolate as I've tried both and liked them, or RY4 since I've heard good things, and Chris said that would be no problem. I really didn't want to risk getting another juice I didn't like.
So Monday my order was shipped (USPS Priority mail even though he was paying for it himself), and it arrived here today (Wednesday). I hurry inside with the package, and tear it open, and... WHAT THE *#$@?! In the package is a 20ml bottle of Orange 24mg (and it's good this time!). But not only that, there's also 10ml bottles of Mango, Mandarin, Lemon, Cappuccino, and RY4, all 24mg!!! Not only that, but all of the juices taste great! I have always heard about the outstanding customer service Chris provides, but this was leaps and bounds above what I would ever expect from a supplier.
Chris at MyFreedomSmokes.com is an awesome person to deal with. All of his juices are carefully mixed, and it's obvious he cares a great deal about his customers' satisfaction. Without a doubt, I will continue to do business with him for all my juice needs for the foreseeable future.
*EDIT* - By the way, since Chris did so much to guarantee my satisfaction, I'm going to try to repay the favor and do a review on each of the juices he sent. The reviews should be done sometime tomorrow, so keep an eye on the E-Juice reviews forum here on ECF if you'd like to hear my take on each of these flavors.
