I guess that also means the death of all fruit flavoured vodkas, soft drinks that come in cans that look like beer cans and kids juice boxes. After all, wine comes in Tetra pak style boxes as well.
This is the same bull that Alberta was introducing last year with bill 33. Flavoured tobacco is already banned here and when I made the thread I warned that they would not be the only province to do so. The bill has stalled out here, but now as new provinces are doing this it will likely push it forward. It is not a good trend to set for the country.
I personally think that if Heath Canada wants to push for a federally mandated ban, they should open up clinical testing, rather then listening to the FDA and putting out misinforming statements, or letting provincial governments regulate them themselves.
They keep saying that there is no proof of ecigs benefits, nor harm reduction, yet they are the ones in the position to prove or disprove should they choose.
