First off I just want to say that I'm a chronic KPB user, and Vermillion River is basically my go to company for juice now.
So out of curiosity I decided to check out a couple of their new tobacco flavors, K-Max and Poker Blend, just to see if I could round out my rotational lineup a little bit more.

K-Max is supposed to be a cigarette (Marb Light) flavor. I find is to be much sweeter and tastier than any cig I've had.
I'd say FreedomSmokeUSA's Pure Cig and American Spirit (after steeping) are still the closest that I've tried.
At any rate, K-Max is delicious and subtle/neutral at the same time, so it has ADV potential.
It reminds me a little of Halo's Tribeca except that it is less nutty and more smooth and ribbony.
I think this will be by new 808 cig-style, on the road, staple juice for a while.

Poker Blend is supposed to be like a bold pipe/cigar style tobacco, one that will hit the spot at card games I guess?
This juice is way darker, and way different from K-Max. I'm hoping it will change more with steeping because currently it's "robustness" is kind of strong for me.
It's somwhat similar to VR's Classic Blend I think, but better, and with more flavor complexity.
It also reminds me of Maxboro from FreedomSmokeUSA (also exists as a straight flavoring, I believe).
Not sure about this juice, ultimately. I probably will not re-order it, whereas I'm definitely going to get some more K-Max.
Funny how it's the Poker Blend which to me tastes like Maxboro, and not the K-max. Names can be quite deceptive sometimes, as we've all discovered in our "juice research".

Just one additional note.. for those looking to expand on VR's offerings.
What I found to be good is Kentucky Premium Blend with 1-2% FA Tuscan Reserve.
Tuscan Reserve is an Italian Cigar, and FA makes a good one. I prefer it to Cuban flavors I've tried.
This blend gives you the satisfying sweetness of KPB with the boldness of a toasty cigar.
And it offers me that "this would hit the spot at a poker game" sensation that Poker Blend does not.
So yeah, that's "Kentucky Tuscan Blend". Give it a try.
