hello all healers,Tried out 6 volt vaping for the first time and seem to have burned my throat good.I was using hv atty with a 10 mg juice 80% pg.I have been at 3.7/3/2 volts with a lr atty or regular atty for a while (11 months) .I tasted a touch of burned flavor but also a lot more flavor so kept vaping for about 6 hours this way and woke up with a throat that doesn't like to produce sounds. that was two days ago.Trying cepatol now but it doesnt seem to be doing a lot ,any cures or words of wisdom ?

I got a sore throat after trying a lr 306 atty. Tab is exactly right, lots of water. I gargled warm salt water as well and it helped with the pain.
Thanks for the tips, Don't drink caffeine and drink over a gallon of water on average a day. This throat is like someone lit a fire with wood, scraped off the burning ambers of a log and placed them deep in my throat.Trying no mouth breaths and closed mouth for the entire day is a pain but it beats actually being sick.I want a warm vape about as much as I want Cholera.
I am with you there. I use drip tips with my cartomizers to cool the vapor a bit more as well. I still get a good th and the vapor tastes a lot better. The lr stuff is just not for me.

Not positive it will help but a teaspoon or so of honey a few times a day can work wonders on a sore throat.
Strep Throat gives me that kind of pain. If it were me, I'd let my doc check it out. If you still feel this way in a couple days, you might want to consider having somebody look at it. Maybe you were getting sick and the vaping experience was just coincidental? Just my $.02
Was using a shorter than normal drip tip thinking in a while I was going to switch back to my normal setup and never did cause the flavor was better and trying to see how long the 2 battery setup was going to work on the mod in use at the time, thanks .
thanks all, the throat is better did the honey , ice cream and no exertion thing for a couple days and it seems to have paid dividends.

Thanks a million, just got back from the holiday feeling good and going to try vaping again but with the 3.7 option(baby steps).
Glad to hear it.
Just for posterity I tried my LR 306 again and the hit caused that itchy feeling in my throat. I am going to give it to someone else that likes them.
