Never had much throat hit before, but yesterday and today I've had it the most, but it doesn't always happen. The first hits of the morning I had it and then it went away. After not vaping for awhile at work it happened on the next vape and again went away.

Any experience this or know what causes it?

Same thing happens to me, especially when I start drinking. I think it's just your throat getting used to the vapor throughout the day...could be wrong though.

It's not throughout the day, it starts to fade after a couple of hits.

Never really having throat hit before unsure of what to make of it.

Could be because it's getting colder outside. The air becomes dryer and so does our bodies ... including the back of the throat. You may have never associated a strong throat hit with your vaping because you had plenty of mucous in the back of your throat which made you less sensitive to it.

That's one of many plausible theories anyways.

What do you attribute having throat hit now, even if it's inconsistent?

Whatever you want to call that feeling in the back of the throat: scratchy, rough, something that I haven't felt before but sounds like the description of throat hit :)

The hits were good and clean tasting, it wasn't a burnt/dry hits.

Various hitting now, not getting it; inhaling directly to lungs not getting it.

Was just curious on the different feel of the hit which was especially noticeable on the first ones this morning and in the middle of the afternoon.

Solved my TH problems w/ LR everything. Try using 1.8 atty heads on your VV Novas with your 3.7 devices. I also kick up my juice flavors in my tanks w/ flavor doublers. Nhaler and a few other venders carry them. Also, drinking lots of water all day helps keep the throat moist to avoid dry hits. (Well, between the hours of 5 and 6 pm, for me it's pinot noir or landshark.) Just say'in:)

I've used 1.8, 2.4 and 2.8 attys, run the gammit on volts and watts and never had this before.

And it's not really a problem; I didn't like it, but I also didn't dislike it :)

Oh I see then now. In my world throat hit is desirable but no, not dry yucky ones. I'm still learning so for DIY. I only know pg and higher nic content help achieve good throat hit ( not bad throat hit) just wanting to know what else because I've had VG 100% and it had decent throat hit for me. I know she thns it with distilled water. Maybe that's it.

Could be, I have problems keeping hydrated generally and vaping hasn't helped with that; I am drinking more water than I ever have but need to do it consistently. Plus I've just come off a week long panic binge which didn't help the hydration.

The liquids in question are 70/30 and 24mg.
