Throat hit......

Here is a question I couldn't find an answer to. When I take my first drag off of my G6 I get a.pretty good throat hit. After that it's like I get no TH at all. I've tried several different juices and still get the same result. I am only 13 days off of analogs . Any suggestions?

It's not unusual for the first throat hit to be a bit stronger, but not getting a throat hit at all after the first drag is strange. Does the amount of vapor you see change a lot? If so it might be a problem with the e-cig.

What nicotine concentration are you vaping?

If this is the case, your carto isn't saturated. When you vape it, the coil area is saturated at first, then slow to recharge. If these are prefilled cartos, then they are just lacking in juice. You might want to order some empty KR808 cartos and fill them this way. You can also fill the ones you have to ensure saturation.

I'm using a 24 nic concentration and I fill my cartos myself. Could it be the PG/VG ratio? I'm currently vaping Halo juice so I'm not sure what the ratio is. Maybe I'm expecting a throat hit similar to analogs.

WIth higher VG content the throat hit certainly diminishes, but 24mg nicotine should be enough to give you a decent throat hit, even in 100% VG. I started with 24 (50/50 PG/VG) in 510 tank atomizers and the throat hit was actually stronger than the one I got from analogs.

Maybe you should try if Dave's suggested filling method helps.
