From the more experienced vapers, throat hit is increased due to three factors: power of the battery (battery size), manual switch (how warm the vapor is) and nicotine strength. A 5 or 6 volt battery with a manual switch allows you to heat the atomizer more, providing warmer vapor much better and more consistent throat hit. The higher the nicotine strength also increases throat hit according to most experienced vapors. That being said, many experienced vapors have reported that when they used super mini PV's such as the 4081 with low nicotine strength liquid such as 6mg or lower, they got no throat hit. When they used the same liquid with a 5 or 6 volt manual PV they got satisfactory throat hit.

Also there have been some reports that as long as you use a bigger battery manual switch PV, that you can get throat hit with 0mg liquid. Generally, these users add ingredients such as high proof vodka that is suppose to help in the area of throat hit.

I have some questions about throat hit.

  1. Is it caused by the nicotine?
  2. Does a stronger nicuid have a stronger hit?
  3. Are there any 0 juices with a strong hit?

Thanks much!

  1. Is it caused by the nicotine? YES
  2. Does a stronger nicuid have a stronger hit? YES :)lol: lol "nicuid")
  3. Are there any 0 juices with a strong hit? I don't think so. (At least I haven't found one. If you find one, let me know!!)

EDIT: Oh... I forgot.

For good throat hit with no nic, try Walrus' method... ;)
