I always look at the sidebar and see how many are currently being processed. If it's alot, and right now it's 469, I'd give it 2 days before I worry. I haven't had to worry yet. I do this because my work gets sudden overloads and you just can't answer the messages that fast during these times, so I figure it's probably true other places. Hope you hear soon.

I put in a ticket about a month ago and got no reply. I put in another one about a week later for the same problem, still no reply. I was just asking a question about repairs, not complaining. I bought my parts locally and fixed it myself.

This is highly unsual as are ticket system queues tickets first by newness but then by age. Unanswered tickets get brought to the forfront of the ticket system to notify us if we're awaiting a customer response or if we have open issues. Did our replies go to spam maybe or do you have any of the ticket numbers that I can look into?
