and im not talking about a vape party where fellow enthusiast get together and hot box a living room. I wonder if there is any business minded people who are already doing this... imagine converting people by the masses into a healthier lifestyle... i bet there is money to be made out there. unless something like that is going on and i havent met anyone that does it just yet.

My friend and I briefly looked into it, but the overhead is too steep for us. We would have to have different devices to try, have gifts, prizes, etc. (We were using Tupperware as a model). Party reps. make their money on commission or they buy products in advance and the sell them, but there are so many things to choose from.

Before I realized that the local B&M was run by, ummm, less than successful minded people, I left my card and asked for the owner to call me (I didn't say what in reference to, but I'm fairly well known). My idea was to have parties repping their inventory. They never called me.

hmmm. i wonder if maybe u got backed by a local vendor. take inventory of what they give u, maybe a small cash deposit and take a cut of the profit. and for gifts just give away some free samples of juice. u can have a few devices to sell there and maybe a order sheet so people can place orders on things that are not there , but maybe bringing one so they can see. for example, instead of having 10 evics.. bring one and let people try. as far as attys go, the vape shop i goto has those little plastic(or rubber) covers people can place over the mouthpiece to vape and pass. everyone has their own.. i have put some thought into it. but it seems that u have done more research than i have lol. from what i noticed, most entry level vapors tend to start off with ego kits before they start to drop dollars on provaris and the likes.. idk. thanks for responding though. lol i see ur name all over this site ahahaha

If I were going to do it, I wouldn't rep the local shops simply because every one of the is a rip off on hardware. I won't pay those prices and, I would never ask friends to either. I could see 30.00 for an ego clone kit but not 60,99 when I can get it for 16.00 on Fasttech and, 125.00 for an iTaste is insane. Only decent thing the local shop has is juice, and I DIY so, good for a flavor treat of something I don't mix myself just to have something different for a couple of tankfuls but that's all the shop is good for.

And buying enough gear for a decent selection at a party is too expensive for me. I'd have 5 ego kits ans 1 Itaste and, nothing else and getting help form friends or neighbors? Not here, the avon Rep we had failed - no one would buy anything, Wal Mart has cheaper bug spray and makeup and, it's the same with vaping, wal mart has 19.00 Fin brand kits, no one is going to buy anything that costs more, even if it is better and, I can't afford to make only 3.00 per kit and, host the party too. need 10.00 per kit to cover refreshment costs and, pay me for my time and, everything would have to sell.

Not worth it, odds are not in favor of it working out well around here.

You could have two types of gear for the party--that which is for sale right then and there, and that which can be ordered. If you planned well and established a relationship with one or more ECF registered suppliers who agree to have a certain number of the items in stock, you could bring along demonstration models of say, a Vamo, a Tesla, an SVD, and MVP, etc. But also bring enough stock of eGo stick batteries and blue collar type gear that customers can go home with that evening.

Then, there's the liquid. There are a bunch of vendors that would probably be willing to ship in bulk, but that's on you, the host/hostess.

This is a good idea for a motivated entrepreneur who has capital, but not enough to sink into opening a B&M or setting up an online store.
