I bought this used 14500 Reo awhile back and have always had leaking problems with it, but just dealt with it. Now the time has come to re-build. I also awhile back bought a re-build kit, but after getting into it, I think that it's more than I can do here, as it's looking like it also needs to have the 510 fitting replaced also. Apparently someone tried to fix this on their own at one point.

This looks like someone tried to fill this area with silicone, and I can't get it all out.

Here the connector looks kinda chewed up at the bottom.

So guess it's time to see what Rob says. I'll miss my baby #2 while it's gone.

What I'm seeing there is so juice soaked and eaten up I thought it might be something someone added that didn't have a re-build kit. Also the nipple where the tubing slips onto has plier marks on it. When I got it, there were two O-rings in the bottle cap, so it looked like they tried to stop the leak there.
