I'm going to go back to what I said earlier. Everyone is suggesting a mod, either mechanical or VV/VW with an 800 or 900mah, 18350 0r 14500, battery to keep it small. That's actually a step back from your 1300mah Spinner. The only way to actually increase vape time, significantly, is to use a much larger battery or a stack of 18350's.
A VV/VW using a single 18350 is at a real disadvantage when it comes to battery charge life. The boost circuit is not particularly efficient and current draw is actually quite high even at modest power levels. I've measured as high as 2.6 amps using a single, nominal, 3.7 volt battery in the 7 to 10 watt range. Given that smaller batteries are under 1000mah, battery life will be quite short no matter what their maximum discharge rate might be.
