I used a rubber plunger out of a 5 cc syringe. I uesd an old carto and a hammer to cut the hole in it.
Mine is on the way... hoping Friday, maybe Saturday.
Glass tanks scare the .... outta me, but I'm gonna try it with sunglasses on.
I'm also gonna preview it on my show next Wednesday night 9pm central. Vapecouture.com

That's my problem too, I get them working good for a little while and then leaks.
I managed with my cool little glass bottle. Had to add a hole, then was getting dry hits.
Added another hole and got leaks. Haven't figured out how to make half a hole. LOL
I thought about trying with my M1A1, but have the feeling I'll run into the same problems.
I have limited supplies.... haven't been vaping near as long as some of you guys have.
I haven't given up, almost got the 306 to work, and I'm still lovin' the tank.
I like my M1A1 too. Worse case, I'll just have to order some more new stuff.
Gee, might break my heart to do so. LOL
It’s even better than that, I think. Mike is thinking of using two to make the tube stiffer so it holds its shape as it extends a short carto’s length into the top hole of the larger bottles.
My single condom seal is working great for me BUT only if the carto goes all the way up to the top to press the condom against the top of the inside of the bottle [the bottom on the mouthpiece] and make a seal.
Fusions work great in the small size [less than 1/8 an inch to go, about the thickness on the condom] bottle.
The longer 2C carto’s working well in my medium size bottle.
Both with a beheaded condom on top of the carto a little above the edge of the carto and installed after the carto is inserted in the base. Then it can be filled {and refilled} with a long needle through the top with the carto pulled down a little to allow the needle to go into bottle.
Well i put in a carto that i was already using on another tank. I forgot to put the condom on top.
The draw on this tank is fantastic! The tank is prettier than i expected!

I think i'm gonna need a thicker O-ring on the bottom.
However i'm afraid if I use a bigger o ring, once it heats up, it will expand & possibly crack the glass.
any fix for leaks from the bottom around the carto yet guys?
I think I ordered the small one. If this is small..........dang, I can't imagine how big the large is
The draw from the built on drip tip is incredible.
I tried a tank from another vendor with a built in drip tip & it was like sucking through a coffee stir stick. It sucked.
However i'm afraid if I use a bigger o ring, once it heats up, it will expand & possibly crack the glass.

Yours is leaking huh ? Mcmaster-carr have some red rubber ( softer ) o-rings I do not have any of them , what carto are you using ??
I think Moorea has them too ??? ask her

The glass is pretty thick so I wouldn't worry Jen.

I haven’t had any leaking issues outside the bottle, are you sure it’s not juice coming through the carto bmwjen? Shouldn’t have it happen with a different carto if juice is coming through there.
Could be the O rings, I would expect a nick rather than fit.

Make sure the o-ring doesn't have a crack in it a make sure it all stays in place. I got one tank I have to use a shoehorn to put the seal in because the oring won't stay put.
Didn’t have to set you up to true vertical for that girl did I, like the gas needed in my tank to drive wife/son nuts, it’s a short trip either way.
