Yeah, I found the air pressure in the plane caused some of my tanks to leak. My bottles were fine though.

I put everything in two plastic bags just to ensure that if I leak, my clothes don't wreak like e-juice.

It's not too big of a deal. Your tanks won't explode or anything, as a result of the pressure difference.

I fly all the time with vape gear. If you carry on your gear you should have little to no issues. Checked bags may be more problematic. I would wrap bottles in saran wrap and then put them in a ziplock. Carry tanks empty if checking. I never put my gear in the checked bag, juice maybe, but never my gear. Also if you are flying on a non American owned airline, you may be able to vape on the plane. I was able to use a cigalike type on South African Airways, Virgin Australia and Quantas w/o any complaints. Not sure if this is policy or I just got lucky.

Yeah, I too fly all the time with many different clearos and and atomizers, never had a problem as they all can vent for the most part to prevent leaking.

I flew with ecig gear for the first time last week, here's my experience:

I took an Aerotank V2 and Nautilus mini. On the flight out I emptied both tanks and obviously had no leakage. On the way back I left a small amount of liquid in each tank (basically the recommended refill level). The Aspire Nautilus mini leaked whereas the Aerotank V2 did not.

I took 4 partially filled 15ml glass bottles with droppers, lids snugged tightly. No leaks at all.
