I think you may be going through a funk. I've gotten to the point where I prefer vaping to analogs. The taste, coughing and wheezing are enough to run me away. I'm not advocating restarting smoking but I think every once in a while, it's important to taste a few puffs only to remind ourselves we did the right thing by quitting. I did this in the beginning, just taking a puff off a friends cigg was enough to remind me. I was not one of those, wait till after breakfast smokers either. I would practically eat Marlboro reds all day long.

i have adhd. I've been diagnosed with it. Therefore I can't stand the same thing over and over. I have to have new stuff. My first all day vape was acid blondie, then ecopure rich (that was a costly one), then tabac especial, then VR4, and finally managua. It changes so much I've almost given up hope many times. I'm currently at an in between stage with no favorite vape. it's a bummer when you don't have much money. I can't stand vapes that are just flavoring into pg/vg anymore so that eliminates most vendors.

Just my 2 cents, almost a year since I've had one and I occasionally still want cigarettes. They don't smell nasty to me; I'm afraid that they wouldn't taste nasty either. My personal solution is to vape FSUSA Purecig menthol at 6v with a 1.5 ohm dual carto. If that doesn't do it, some Snus does, and, used very rarely, will give me a nic rush.

man I am SO glad that I don't have this problem...I feel sorry for the issues you've had man...truthfully...

as for me, after about a year of trying I have found what makes me happy with dual coil cartos, a vv box, bwb casablanca and bluebacco (smoothest juice on the face of the planet)...also some ave bobas or gorilla juice from time to time

I actually turned my girlfriend onto vaping with bluebacco...she now has one of my old pvs and a 30 ml of that stuff...but that's neither here nor there

I went through so much to get here...nearly 10 pvs, more juices than I could ever remember right now, every type of atty, carto and cartridge you can imagine...but where is all this going?

the fact remains that this might not be for you and we all have our own experience...it took my girlfriend one juice to be perfectly happy...it took me almost a year of tweaking to get to where I only need to spend 30 a month on supplies...it could take you even longer than it already has

from what youve said, you have given it a really good try...if it turns out it's just not for you, that's fine...there are plenty of people here rooting for you

Anyone else ever feel this way? I've been vaping for nearly a year, and honestly I'm about ready to drop it and go back to analogs. I've tried and tried, spent countless dollars trying to achieve this - and I'm at my wits end.

I've bought juice from countless vendors and so much hardware it makes me sick. 808's, egos, big battery mods, home made mods, vv mods - but bleh. At one point I even came to terms with myself and realized it's never going to be perfect but lately it's not even enjoyable. Grimm Green summed up in one of his videos basically how everything tastes to me. Tire fire. I've tried fruity, dessert, tobacco, mints, menthol, alcohol, and several others.

What gives? *sighs*

Sounds like you think you are different than other people who vape and that justifies your return to analogs.

lofty, a bunch of suppliers should sell unflavored nic without you having to worry about diy. try contacting some of your favorites and see what they got. true it's cheaper just to buy the base, but until you know if you would even want to go that route, just check out a juice vendor.:) the other idea might be just to add a bit of lemon or lime to some unflavored. try bluemist vaping or gp to start with?
Thank you for the link. Looking at all of this makes my head hurt. Wondering how I would go about mixing stuff together - total noob when it comes to DIY lol...

Loft you don't have to DIY anything to try unflavored. If interested just get a bottle of the base (unflavored) juice in the mg strength you desire and vape it. The unflavored liquid is always in the DIY section of vendors but you certainly don't have to add any flavoring if you don't want to. Just be careful to order the lower nicotine juice. (1mg - 24mg)

Ecigexpress is another good vendor. They sale the unflavored ejuice (base) in dropper bottles just like any other ejuice. Select PG/VG/or a mix and vape away. I'm sure it's not for everyone but a lot of us really like the taste. (It's under DIY supplies/Nicotine bases).

I hope you will try it. I like flavored juice as well but I always end up going back to unflavored. It is clean and fresh tasting. It also tastes more like a cigarette to me than anything I have ever vaped. After all smoke (to me anyway) really doesn't have much taste.

But that's just my impression of course. If you find you like the taste (slightly sweet, light flavor) it can relieve the stress of finding the perfect "flavor".

Good luck and I hope you find your all day vape.

I've never sought the perfect vape, as far as I'm concerned it doesn't exist. I started vaping to get away from analogs, there's no perfect analog, it doesn't exist. I use what keeps me off analogs, all the flavors I've tried are all right, I vape a couple that I like they're far from perfect. Sounds to me like your just looking for an excuse to go back to analogs.

Hi loft! Yep! I've done that many times. I got some 50mg 100%pg from vapor station. Just to clear out atty's and cartos. But, actually like it sometimes. But, as somebody else said, there are many vendors that sell it at whatever percentage and nic level you want.

One that I know of is Vapor Bomb. (Only because I mix my wife's coffee juice with their flavoring) But, I'm sure there are MANY others.

Good luck!!!

I have to say the perfect vape dose exist. It all fell in my lap this week quite by accident. New pv arrived same time as a new tank i wanted to try.ive been one of those vapers that order something nee to try every week juices. Cartos.tips.batteries. passthrough. When i loaded up chai tea this weekend with my new setup it was PERFECT. I cant even vape these other flavors now it ruined me. So dont give up you could be one package away from perfection!

Loft dont give up. I never tried DIY but have read them forums and they suggest its a trial and errot thing and you may get even more frustrated in your quest.
I was a non menthol smoker and enjoyed marlboro's and the old lucky strikes which both were strong for example.
Not sure if you smoked menthol or non .
With that being said for example my fav vap is 555 at 18 strength , in the morning the the throat hit is strong and as the day goes by the hit is more milder but very good for me.
In short keep the other option is just not a good one in my opinion as i did it at 2pad for nearly 40 years and i know. ; )

Yep.. the perfect vape does exist but it's not always perfect! There will still be days when things go wrong and you can't figure out what the problem is right away. I love unflavored juice and vape it regularly. You can get a 1 oz bottle of 24mg PG nic juice at Liberty-Flights.. If you want more vapor, get a bottle of VG (they sell that there also) to add to it at whatever percentage you want. Here's a neat, simple little program to calculate the percentages to add. Just substitute VG for the "flavor" slot and you'll know how much to add.

If you do buy at LF.. remember to click the 20% off tab at the top left of the page.
