When we did up the Titanium Simplicity 18350's, we had machined up extra Titanium Caps and had extra locking rings as well as Palladium plated center posts, so all we need are some more buttons and bodies to make complete units, so later next week we'll machine up some 18500 Titanium Bodies and switches for those caps. We have them up on the site if anyone wants a Titanium 18500, get em quick, quantities are limited to 35. I'll number them too.

Actually, on 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th thought, I think making some extra 500 Ti tubes available (satin or not... doesn't matter to me) for 350 Ti owners would be an excellent way of saying thank you to the current Ti investors. I love my Ti350, and I wouldn't give it up for anything, but I can't afford another purchase that large at the moment.
I love the way I look.....but let's be honest, all that matters is that the wife approves of how I look. After 7 years, it's still hit or miss!
I really want a Simplicity. If money was no object, I'd be all over this. I'm having a hard time convincing myself not to wait on finding a ss simplicity at that price though. Anyone want to try and convince me otherwise?
Well, snot. I was saving money for a Simplicity Strata. I had to choose, this or the Strata? This or the Strata? In the end, I decided that these probably won't be made any more and will become unicorns, whereas the Strata will be a regular stock item. So, trigger pulled! In for a flower cap this time, since I've already got the mag wheel on the 350.
That's a big chunk of cheddar though. Tell me I didn't screw up.

I'm not sure whether the sale of these has been announced elsewhere. I had thought about posting a heads up in another non-Super-T thread or two, but I realized that David probably meant this sale to be offered primarily as an insider treat to the family. If there are still any spots left after a week or so... Hmmm... Wonder whether Lisa at Cloud 9 would be interested in the rest for our neighbors across the pond? She's like extended family. Sort of. *shrug* Anyway, spreading the news about this feels like I'd be breaking a taboo, at least until a reasonable amount of time has passed.

Don't worry rojo, I share your feelings. I only told three people about it because they're all huge SuperT fans, but none of them frequent ECF as often as I do. Needless to say, all three bought one. As is with all of David's creations, they'll be available for a decent amount of time, but once they're sold out everyone will be coming out of the woodworks to try and get their hands on them. My philosophy with SuperT is (and always will be) "Buy now and think later!"
It was announced in several groups on Facebook including one for people who exclusively collect high end mods. Sometimes people don't recognize a gem until it's too late.

My sentiments are similar to those above. When ELA came out I told a few people that I chat with and most had their eyes on other "must haves" and I really didnt get much ooohs and aaahhs. Shrugged......
WHen the ELA sales were winding down to a couple dozen, again, I tried to spread the word. Again without much response.
IT was after it sold out that some started regretting it, and when the first few made it out to public, then many were feeling regrets. Now of course........ Its the one people are looking for and its being sought after.
What makes me happy is that so far, there are NO CLONES. There was a page about 6 months ago on Alibaba with a photo of the real ELA saying that it was going to be available, but it never came to pass.

I'm still very tempted, but it's a "want" rather than a "need" and I have other items that fall into the latter category at the moment. Hasn't stopped me from putting one in the cart a few times just to tempt fate, though
