As bad as that may be, it's nowhere near as bad as having an unenclosed battery rolling around in your purse.

Even as a guy, I prefer the smaller, plastic case in a pants pocket.

Ah thanks for that! When I was asking about the Provari in another thread Baditude set me straight on the need of battery cases. My battery case and the Provari both arrived yesterday. Looks like the cases in this post are larger than the one I ordered for my mini's batteries, So I will order a couple of larger ones for the IBtanked tanks.

That is correct. Avid vapor, fasttech, and a few more I can't name off the top of my head have pre-made coils with wick. I can only attest to the quality of the avid vapor premades, but they are very consistent and can be had in a nr/r setup for 7 bucks per 5 pack.

I think it's already started, but I see cartos going the way of the dinosaurs soon enough. They are better than clearo taste-wise, but are less convenient and die much faster.
Another consideration is that they waste quite a bit of juice. Every time you replace one, a ml or so of juice is lost, which makes them even less economical in the long run.

I'd say save yourself the trouble of "progression" as that deal is kinda outdated with where the market has gone. Also, with people stopping selling them, it can be a pain to find the cartos you want many times.

Sent with Tapytaptap or some such...

I have an AGA-t2 and an RSST, and I can build a pretty good coil. When I want fussy, I use them. I can't see myself throwing one in my purse and taking it to work, as I really don't need leaky things, either.

When I was a newbie, I used t3s and Vivi Novas for quite awhile. Had leaking issues and hated them. And, at the time, they were all plastic. I like tank-cracking juice. But I don't have a desire to try any of the new glass options, because.....

I love carto tanks. Fill it in the morning and go. No leaks, no fuss. It suits my style of vaping. I used them on mechs and regulated devices. IBTanked, Phiniac, Loki Labs SS1, Valley View Vapes Pyrex, and Fluid Flask (new glass tube en route) all work well for me.

The cool thing about vaping is the choices we have. A little off-topic, but I visited a new vape shop today, and yes shiny things abounded. I got an iTaste 134. It came with an iClear. I don't want an iClear, but there is someone at work who wants to start vaping, so I am saving it for her.

So, I think there is no right or wrong answer here. Just try them all and see what works for you, and forget about what the next person likes. :)

I love you, too, but only in a ....oh never mind before I get in trouble. :p

I think polycarbonate tanks suck, too. I don't own any (other than some iClear 30 clearos), all of mine are pyrex.

I wasn't attacking you or anyone in this thread in any way, just pointing out (for the sake of others) that removing endcaps to fill a tank is considered poor technique. Stay kool and vape proud.

Even on tanks like Fluid Flask, where the top cap is removable, I use my tank tool instead. I tried it the other way, and had tank pressure issues as bad described.

Thanks! I don't like the idea of spare tanks rolling around in my purse unprotected :)

I like your idea too Bad, although it is a bit manly for my taste. It is a perfect guy solution. You guys can get away with having things dangle from you with carabiner's and such.

I had to get a bigger purse to do this, but I have the case from ProVape (basically a hard drive case). It will hold an extra tank, a few cartos, tank tool, juice, and batteries quite nicely.
