To new people ordering from Cignot

I really hope your order arrives Monday because an experience like this can leave a bad taste in your mouth and sometimes not sure who to blame. My experience with the ladies at Cignot has been perfect to date and it's not that I am defending them, but I also have had similar problems with the USPS. More than a few times my orders through the post office are in my mailbox and at the same instant online it reports that the "shipping information was recieved" but not shipped yet.

Unfortunately we live in a not-so-perfect world and stuff happens. If anything at all please realize that once your order is in you won't be disappointed and it will be worth the extra time it took. I don't know how long you've been smoking analogs, but after my 36+ years of smoking, just a few extra days wouldn't have made any difference.

It's highly unlikely that Cignot is to blame, but we all make mistakes from time to time.

Thanks I know Cignot isn't to blame Terri is awesome and I would be ignorant to think that.
And I just keep telling myself that once this is over it will be old news and I will be vapeing away. I've been smoking for 13 years now and your right what's a couple more days. Thanks again much <3 (Guess I am just impatient to stop the analogs lol)

I Placed My First Order & Got It In 2-3 Days No Problems, Maybe Just A Freak Thing For One That Late(7) Days. The Post Office Is Known For Late & Lost Items, More So Than Any Other Shipper I Know On Here!!! They(Cignot) Have The BEST 555 juice EVER!!

All of my orders from Cignot have arrived in about three days. I had other orders get lost in the postal system and take over two weeks to get to me! Now I keep a small stockpile of supplies and order when I only have about two weeks worth of stuff left.
