Have to give the Tasty Vapor a try! nHaler is quite good and Awesome Vapor is not bad. Both have a variety to choose from when it comes to tobacco flavors.

I am currently on Halo Freedom which is kind of a mild taste, although the first time I tried it I did not care for it too much as it tasted to me like an ashtray (which I found remarkable since I had a Camel a couple of days before and that tasted like an ashtray too, even though I smoked them for 20 years and loved every minute).

Anyway, I tried the Freedom again a few days later and got a completely different taste. Maybe its me? I dunno. I have found many of the tobacco flavors to be OK but so far nothing has grabbed me as my #1. I am still waiting on Harley 56 from Halo and also an assortment from DIYFlavorshack to arrive, and hope to find something out of the two that really impresses me.

I am a newbe so I havent tried many juices but I got Freedom, Cool menthol and the free New pure from Halo and I doubt I will buy from any other juice supplier. They taste so clean, and I like the idea of USA manufacturer. I cant wait to hear about the harley 56 I used to roll american spirit non filts Would love to find something with that nonfilt kick. I didnt care for the freedom at first but my wife vapes it and I kept hitting on it now I mix it 4 to 1 with new pure and love it!

Whew! Glad I'm not alone on this subject.

I am still trying to wean myself off of American Spirit non-filtered. I like tobacco. Started on the tobacco habit chewing. (Not store bought, but from the drying barn on the farm I used to work during my teenage summers.) Could never stand a filtered analog.

Now, I am trying, and failing to find that taste I like. All the ones, so far, I have found have had a metallic-filtered kind of taste.

Thanks to those that had suggestions, at least I have a few more chances to find a flavor I like.

taste is subjective and I understand that but I really need a 36 mg vg that resembles a marlboro. I have been lucky and none so far have been unvapable. The marlboro med I'm vaping on right now tastes like really good chocolate lol but just don't hit that 'I'd kill for a marlboro' spot. Oh well at least I'm maintaining

Lately, while still waiting on the Halo Harley to arrive, I have been combining different brands and flavors to try to come close to a solid tobacco taste - not a smoke taste. The problem I have is that just about all of the "tobacco" flavors come across as too sweet. There are a few exceptions like Halo and Johnson Creek, however.

So, I take a base drip or two of Halo or JC and then add in a final drip of one of the DIYFlavorshack juices. Its hit and miss but the one drop of sweet tends to brighten up the other flavors a bit without totally overpowering them.

I should say that I started smoking with Pipe tobacco and then went to cigarettes for convenience. I have always loved a rich tobacco flavor.

Still love the Halo Freedom straight as well, but I like to switch it up a bit.

Ok, I want to find out what the consensus on tobacco flavors are here...

Firstly, none of the ones I have tried have tasted like tobacco, just like crap.

This is what I have tried

Turkish Blend From RMV (assumed DeKang)
USA Mix From RMV (assumed DeKang)
Ry4 From RMV (DeKang)
555 From StricklyEJuice (DeKang???)

I am starting to think I dont like DeKang Juice, I hate the mocha, and the coffee I got from StricklyEJuice tasted like Mocha to me, just not as strong as mocha.

What are your thoughts on a juice that tastes like tobacco?
Johnson Creek (I've always liked their Tennessee Flue-cured) but I haven't ordered from them recently. Totally Wicked, PureSmoker. More exotic like Flavourart, EcoPure. They all, and many others, make quality juice but if you ask 5 different people you will probably get 5 different answers. Taste is a fairly individual thing. There is a review section for fluid on the site. You might start there. Happy hunting!

P.S. Totally Wicked's Tobacco and Marlyboro, or whatever they call it are strong flavors. Their Virginia blend is pretty good. Most of their juices are strong.

I agree, and that's what I have come to realize. I don't want junk. I don't want dinkkang juice either - I'm not sure why - maybe the list of chemicals that make up the flavor. Why not just some real tobacco used to make the juice. Where o where do we look?
@ unit40,

Vaping is not like smoking analogs and it never will be. It's not going to taste the same, feel the same, or smell the same. It is a quite different experience that one either adjusts to or doesn't. I've watched a lot of people on this site get very frustrated looking for the perfect vape. It doesn't exist.

I disagree...the perfect vape IS out there...unfortunately you have to find it by trying different things, and it's not always going to be what you expect. I can't stand any of the tobacco flavors I've tried. I found that I love peanut butter and switch off to mint for a change. Try to keep an open mind...i thought i was going to want tobacco flavors too, but not so much.
