i recommend this so far to any smoker looking to quit. not one single puff, not one craving, not one problem. i smoke in airports, bars, cars, peoples' homes. it's great. in fact my friends seem to want to reward me by letting me smoke anywhere i want actually.

Agreed, though I get funny looks sometimes when I vape in class, but as long as I'm not being showy with it they don't care

What a great post. Thanks for sharing and HUGE congrats to you. Three weeks!! The exciting and amazing feeling of being free from cigarettes is indescribable but you did it well

Welcome shapeshifter! I have only been analog free for 15 days but already feel much better.

Im new to this too. My last analog on Oct 28th. Vaping (for me) is truley a magic bullet. No craivings no nothing, and i have tried the gum and the patches. The patches worked the best , but the whole time i was on them i still had to strive to not have an analog. With the e-cig i have had 0000 desire to look back
