No worries, VaporTek is a solid outfit. You have to treat their pre-orders like co-ops, because that's basically what they are. They stay on top of things, and we will get information as it becomes available. I'm sure it's not unusual for emails asking "where's my stuff?!" to go without a response. Just be patient.

That said, I would like to add.... HURRRYYY!!!

Can't wait to get this thing and see how badly the chip sucks. Hope I'm wrong, but I've got a DNA30 on standby if it does.

I don't know about you? But I get Nervous when I think about doing a 1st Time buy from a Company when they Don't Reply to e-Mails.

I have purchased from VaporTekUSA on 2 different occasions. Both were exceptional and actually service above and beyond.

I got in on the second order of copper Hades clones but had mine shipped with the first batch and the second order, a young lady called personally to confirm if I lived on a street or avenue sufix.

I have total faith in VaporTekUSA, just very anxious to get my hands on my ZGripper !

I got a Similar e-Mail last week saying that they would have them in on Friday. If Not Friday, then Monday.

Yesterday in the Mourning their Website said the Black was In Stock. Cool. That is the One I wanted.

But when I tried to buy it, I got a Warning from my Firewall saying that the Page for Credit Card info had Problems. I just Gave Up on VT.

I'll wait until some other Retailers have this ZNA Clone. And a Few customer reviews have come in.

Shipments from China have been held up by customs because of some jewelry smuggling. DHL is one of the carriers affected, Merchants Face Delivery Delays from China Suppliers.

They signed for the package 2 hours ago, and I have my tracking number as well.

There are bits of the process they have no control over, but for those they do, they excel in my experience. I could conceivably have my package this Saturday.

Still waiting on my pre-order to be fulfilled. Guess they're filling the orders based on when they were received. I'm guessing I'll get mine sometime next week.

Selecting Priority shipping probably moves you towards the front of the queue as well. I always pick that at VT, as it insures the package for $100 as well.

I'll post up some pics along with test results and observations once I get mine. Looks like it probably won't be until next week though.

I talked to them today the black and silver are in and shipped. I got blue that and the other colors are suppose to be on the way to them and shipped to us next week
