The finishing on the tube is identical to that of my satin silver ProVari. The tube is flawless. There is a minor ding on one of the edges of the fire button, and a couple of *very* minor imperfections on the aluminum assembly that were obviously there before the anodization. The anodizing itself is perfect. There is no gap between the tube and chip housing portions as I've seen with some of the other ZNA clones. Running my thumb along the bottom of the device, I can barely detect the seam at all.
And now for some bad news: As predicted, I'm experiencing some inconsistencies with the chip's performance, but only with my Origen and Magma (.5 and .4 respectively). All my Kayfuns are around 1 ohm, and they're doing fine. Need another day to pinpoint exactly what's going on. Basically, I'm getting a huge drop in voltage output when my battery dips below ~3.8v with low resistance atomizers. I'll use a KFL all day tomorrow to see if the problem is unique to sub-ohm builds. Also, the sleep function doesn't appear to work in the way the manual describes it. It will only sleep after 15 seconds of no activity if the device is locked. If unlocked, it takes 2 minutes to enter sleep mode.
I'm far more concerned about the power loss at this point, though.
