I told myself this was going to work and stopped smoking the day I got the eGo. I got the kit, and some juices and then re-ordered some juice and a couple extra attys. Within the next couple weeks I am going to order another starter kit just to get extra batteries, an extra charger, and the attys that come with the kit. I will also get a few more attys, and lots of juice. I figure to spend another $150 just to do that so I will get another break even day in a couple months!

I did some calculations and it looks like I am vaping about 1.5 ml per day and I have tried 10-12 different flavors. Hopefully I will settle on just a couple soon

I have now been cigarette free for 72 days and if I would have bought the Joye eGo Mega first off, I would be in the green by now. BUT I didn't discover ECF until after I had already bought the Lucky Slicks from a vendor I found on another ecig forum. It is basically a Joye 510 that I was going through batteries every 1.5 hours and having to recharge the carts just as often. BUT they do charge more than you can find Joye 510s for on this sight.

Then I ordered more batteries for it, and a ten position charger. But it was still not something that lasted throughout the day without taking a lot of extra batteries and ejuice. Then I read a review of the Joye eGo Mega (900mah batteries and mega carts) that said you could go over 12 hours on!

I ordered a kit with extra batteries, extra MEGA carts, extra MEGA attys that put me in the hole again, BUT I love it! All my gripes about ecigarettes were cured with this set up! Now I use the Lucky Slicks to try out new flavors that I order, and the Joye eGo Mega for everything else. Since I have found two flavors that I will use most of the time, I ordered the 250ml bottles from Gormet Vapors on their 40% sale. Ordering in the larger sizes is cheaper so trying to figure out three more flavors to round out my selections.

My spending finally slowed down the past couple months but the way I look at it is that I am still ahead financially and healthwise even when buying a ton of new flavors and gadgets. I noticed the price of cigs the other day....9.50 a pack with tax for name brands. Ouch, seems we are right there with NY on the cost for smoking. I am so glad I was able to quit almost one year ago.

break even??? What is that? As long as they keep coming out with cool PV's and other gear I may never break even. I do feel much better so that is all that matters.

    Same here....
If i can stay away from the juice reviews=soon.

    If i can't=never :)

And the sad thing is I have enough juice in my too big of tackle box that is now full to last 2 months..
