More than likely it's going to taste so nasty that you won't be able to smoke hardly any of it. I do not recommend buying them because you will get in a rut like me where you think you need to finish the pack and then you end up buying another pack. It's a viscious cycle. It may be the alkaloids that you need. I've heard Snus takes care of that.

The REAL Washington
I've had the same problem before. I think the real problem lies in the fact that once you feel like that, it's really hard to get it out of your mind. That's what makes it so hard to get over! Try to get into something that you are really interested in...be it a TV show (unless you are at work, of course), a hobby, etc. and before you know it the craving will be gone!Works for me anyway:oops: Hopefully it will work for you!

You can do it! I know you can!!!!;)

cincy, oh
If it makes you feel any better, I forgot to change out the 3v batteries in my silver bullet this morning and used it all day yesterday. I've been very easy on it all day, but I figure I have about a 15 minutes of normal vaping left on the batteries at best and 5 hours before I'm back home.

Vape away and enjoy the clouds, which I could. :(

And trust me, even at 18mg, if you hot box your pv enough, you'll get nic-buzzed and will be good.

I wouldn't recommend eating a cigarette... from what I've read they say you absorb roughly 1 mg of nicotine from smoking a cig, but there is much more nicotine in it, more like 9 or 10 mg!

I say vape more. The feeling will pass. You could hang around some smokers for a little bit if you want... I've found secondhand smoke to be somewhat satisfying, if malodorous.

Get 1 analog , rip the filter OFF then EAT IT !!!!

If that doesnt fix your craving NOTHING WILL !

and you will NEVER want to do it again ( this should mess your brain up so completely that everytime you have a craving that taste will come back and KILL IT !)

LOL!!!

One thing I did, get a clear glass mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
Empty a bunch of ash trays and collect enough cig butts to fill the
jar. Add about a tablespoon of water and shake it.
Keep the jar tightly closed. and in plain view.
When ever you get the craving for a ciggie, take the lid off the jar,
and take a nice big whiff!! 8-o

I used to work with Bariatric surgery patients, they had to follow a strict regimen, the doctor had 9 rules to follow. One of them stuck with me, and it's great advice:

Every day you have a decision to make. Some days you will make the wrong decision. Don't beat yourself up...But decide to do better tomorrow.
