My starter liquids were mainly 18 and they just didn't do the job to keep me off analogs. Once I got 24mg in that was it for me and smoking I never went back.

I also found a place that sells 36mg and bought a few in CAM, MLB and coffee I don't really like them very much but they are there for an emergency and eventually I'll mix them with something weaker before they go bad in a couple of years.

The big upside for me the times I failed and lit up a smoke was that they were pretty foul tasting after you have been vaping for a few weeks.

I agree with beast775... make a mod... that's what got me into mods! I wanted a cigarette something fierce after my standard batteries kept dying on me, and my protege was "in the shop"!!! So, I called a fellow vaper, got on the modders forum, found a mod we could make with all parts that we already had... and boom, it killed about 5 hours, and got my mind off of everything else and I had something "new" in the end!

ok today is tough....for some reason i need an analog so bad thank GOD i do not have any here....doing everything i can to not run out and buy any.....would it be a failure if i smoked one?

No, it isn't a failure !
Transitioning over to vapeing is a great thing, but I get a little ticked off with this attitude about smoking, since we all are still nic addicts, sometimes I think some of us are turning into a whole new type of ex-smoker nazis.
If you want to smoke one, then have one and don't beat yourself up for it. I think the more pressure you put on yourself thinking that the day you touch a pv you can never go back is a foolish belief.
And guess what, cigs don't taste 'nasty' just because you vape.
that is an illusion you wish to believe.

... end of rant, now lighten up francis, and light up if you have too, no big deal !

.. of course that is just my opinionated rant and is not meant to cause you to smoke. Good luck !

Higher mg will get you over the hump.... After 40+ years something, I've almost made it the 6 month mark. On those occasions where you think you're going to go nuts without lighting up a real smoke, you won't, the higher nic content will settle the urge down rather quickly.

After 3 weeks, a real cig will taste some kind of nasty!

Well if you have one you can restart that Been smoke free banner in your sig since it won`t be true. 20 almost 21 days would be tossed. keeps me from having one anyhow. thats why I like my banner and it has kept me from having one.

Actually, nonsense. There are no banners that allow for regular or occasional analogs, hence lots of people who have those see no point at all in not using a banner. Because, you know, with vaping at the very least its less analogs, usually considerably less. Which is also a very good thing.

Feel free to toss your banner if you ever have an analog again, but most people won't. And they need not, either. Because this is a forum for human beings trying, not some odd cult with rules demanding absolute perfection.

Yours is cool that way of thinking but mine say been smoke free for so many days. So it`s a lie. I dont so I would restart mine.

Same here, nothing under 24mg will satisfy my craving, so I always get the strongest posible. I can always dilute a little.
In fact, when I vape 18 or under mg, it makes me crave a analog cig REALLY bad :( 24mg and up, I vape it, and craving is all gone :w00t:
