Hey know what we could fill the 3rd segment closure with... Lets do this Piece where we get a Complete Rube who can't go 30 Seconds without taking a Hit off an e-Cigarette. And who comes across as a product of a Failed School System. Then will do a 3-Up Box and use him as the Slow Pitcher to a Quasi Doctor. What do you think?
Yeah but Isn't that kinda going to Slant people's views on e-Cigarettes? I mean... most people use them to quit Smoking. A Lot of People Die from smoking.
But think of the Ratings. Who cares about Dead Smokers? They don't watch our show.

Agreed. I am a bit ...... at Fox for playing it as serious, and having a a straight-faced "medical professional". It makes all vapors look like stooges to the uninformed. Certainly does nothing to further our fight.

While approaching a Target store this evening I saw an employee pop outdoors and blow out smoke....or so I thought. He had a sub-ohm single battery deal about the size of a Kroma (although not a Kroma). I asked how long he'd been smoke free. He said "4 days"... I said "bravo. Keep it up".
He appeared barely old enough to shave so it was good to see a youngster become tobacco free... without a Juul.

...no fan of SNL here, but I don't think they need to be concerned that FOX News might steal their audience.
I watched the TV show live and when I witnessed how totally ridiculous and immature Tommy acted and when I heard the totally false claims that the so-called Doctor was making, then the first thought that popped into my mind was "I wonder who is more stupid, him or the Doctor" 
It's very simple folks..... The average Family physician does not have a clue as they only "assume" that they know about vaping. General practitioners are not taught much about vaping (if any at all)….. On the other hand, a medical RESEARCHER or SCIENTIST is a total different ballgame all together due to the fact that they have a lot more education than a Family Doctor, plus they are experts in whatever subject they are investigating...
Many of you don't like Laura or Fox but many of you do...… That is a moot point because all of us can debate until the cows come home as to the reasoning of why Laura put that segment together and aired it... I for one happen to like Laura a lot ….. All of us can get conspiratorial and we can "assume" all kinds of things as to the reasoning behind the airing of that segment. I however would like to stick to simple facts.... The fact is that particular Family Doctor disgraced the medical community by being stupid and by spewing out false statements, and at the same time, Tommy disgraced the vaping community by acting stupid/immature.
Most of us here know what the score is..... The very bad part about the airing of that segment is that there are many unaware individuals who will buy what that Doctor said as being true. Not trying to offend any Physician's among us but she is just your average flunky Family doctor who is not a researcher and is therefor not qualified to make statements about vaping when she does not have a clue.

It was meant to be tongue in cheek, not well done but at the end of the day that's all it is. I don’t always get the younger generations humor but the generation preceding mine didn’t find much of our humor funny either. Poor timing definitely, but I believe they're only intent was an attempt at amusing the masses.
