So that is 1 year and 9 months on e-cigs, slowly reducing my nicotine from 40mg down to 12mg.

I ran out of nic juice and cartomizers at the same time, as well as all of my batts starting to die at the same time. Decided that instead of putting out another chunk of money I'll just give it up.

Had two days of nasty withdrawl, but otherwise seem to be doing fine.

If I manage to keep this up, there will be a batch of stuff coming up in pif, but I'm gonna wait and make sure I can finish it off.

That was a brave move. I'm so happy for you. Many times when we talk with newbies, offering encouragement, advice and whatever else we can, you can see in their posts the commitment they have made to stop smoking. For whatever reason, they are ready to move on to a better way of health and life. I hear that proud, confident power of commitment in your post. You will do well.

NO, definately not sleeping better,....YET. Every so often I take a couple of Benedryl just to get a solid 6 hrs. Mostly its broken up into 3 or 4 hr sets. But it is pretty early into the quitting.

The hardest is when I'm sitting at the computer waiting for something to buffer. I've just about beat the driving cravings, and the morning cravings. Boredom is my greatest enemy.
