Vaping 10-12mg is equivalent to Newport 100s for me

I just woke up on 10-12mg juice.. and it took about ten minutes.. about the same time it use to take when I would smoke 3 Newport 100s to wake up. I don't know how many woefully inaccurate and misconducted studies tell us we're not getting nicotine, but they're wrong.

I think what I've learned from what I've read here and experienced myself is pretty simple:

1. Nicotine absorption from e-smoke is flatter, more spread out. It's not a "BLAM YOU ARE FULL OF NICOTINE WITH A COUPLE OF HITS" type of experience. It's a very relaxing and pleasant feeling. For me, the nicotine gets into my system within five to ten seconds instead of the three to four with cigarettes. For someone else it might be a little more. For some, it seems to be even LESS. I believe that this varies wildly person to person.

2. Nicotine absorption varies from person to person, especially with e-cigs. Some people need 36mg and some people need 10mg. I believe that some of us are vaping too much nicotine and having withdrawl like symptoms from TOO MUCH nicotine. That makes some people think e-cigs aren't delivering. I also believe that some of us aren't using a strong enough dose.

One thing I know FOR SURE is that e-cigs help us maintain nicotine normal (our optimal level of nicotine) more consistently.

There is no way in the world cigarette smokers could constantly maintain the right level of nicotine for their comfort (even the ones who chain smoke and push tolerance to its breaking point).

With e-cigs, we can and do have the right amount of nicotine at almost all times.

Yeah there are just too many factors as far as nic levels and absorption. Someone that smoked lights may find they need 24mg and someone that smoked Marb reds may be happy with 12 mg.

We know that the nic from vapor is mainly absorbed in the mouth and upper airways. So I could almost guarantee that ph levels and what types of food and drinks people are consuming will affect nic absorption. Someone that drinks mainly water could potentially absorb more than someone that drinks pepsi or coke all day long.

Ah
I see
Well I have been drinking a-lot more water lately. It's good for me since I have 1½ bad kidneys..
That might explain why I'm fine with lower doses, then? Well, not lower does, I mean why I'm getting my dose from weaker liquid?

Light cigarettes I always thought to be a trick because people are said to draw the smoker deeper for their dose and supposedly they harm their lungs more that way
