Does anyone get these after they stop smoking? When I quit analogs for four months last year, I had a massive increase in them. When I started smoking again, they stopped? Now that I'm full time vaping again they have come back. I know they aren't anything to really worry about.. But I'm wondering if somehow vaping can encourage them more because I never got them before my vaping adventures..

Btw, these are what they are for people that have never heard of them: Tonsillolith - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tonsilloliths, also known as a tonsil stones, are clusters of calcified material that forms in the crevasses of the tonsils.[1] While they occur most commonly in the palatine tonsils, they may also occur in the lingual tonsils.[1] Tonsilloliths have been recorded weighing from 300 mg to 42 g.[1] They are composed mostly of calcium, but may contain other minerals such as phosphorus and magnesium, as well as ammonia and carbonate.[1]

Back in my analog days I frequently had them and some were very large. Since I have been vaping, I get them only occasionally and they are very small in size.

I also noticed that since I started vaping my tonsils size has decreased. They use to stick right out. Now I can't even see them

Mine have shrunk, too!

I used to get these nasty buggers when I smoked (over a year ago), but not anymore.

I don't really think that vaping would cause an increase in them, but what do I know? ;)
