Too much air?

My first 510 cartomizer lets too much air through, gives me very little vapor wich is cold and dry. After about seven drags it warms up a little and I start to taste the flavor a bit.
Looks like the tube in the middle is too wide. I just want to plug it with something

Any suggestions?

You might take a wooden tooth pick, sand the end to a sharp point, push it into one of the SIDE holes on the carto and then cut it off flush with a razor blade.

Be VERY carefull doing anything with the center hole. The atomizer wire is attached to the center pole and it is very easy to break.

Try plugging one of the side holes First.

It works! WOW!

Now I get good vapor after three drags.

Hope the plug will stay in place for a while.

The tooth pick actually stay in better when a little juice soaks into it. And the cool thing is, if the carto starts to be too hard to hit, at the end of it's life, you can pick the plug out with a needle.

So now that you have been helped out, your job is to help out a newbie with a question down the road some time.

It's what makes the the ECF such a great place.
