2 out of box of 5 *new* boge 2.0 ohms carts not working

I just pop the cap off, drop 3/4 drops onto the filler, wait ~20 seconds, and repeat until the filler stops absorbing the juice.

Let it sit for ~10 minutes, drop another couple drops in, blow it out from the top end, and it's good to go.

Quality control is pretty terrible though as with most of the Chinese made stuff, I usually just buy in bulk expecting to lose some as I go along.

I have had the same issue with Boge LRs. No matter what I do, some of them are just BAD. They taste burnt and have no vapor production no matter what I do. I think it's just a QC thing.
