I've read a little bit about it, are there any pics of what it looks like when it hasn't been protected? I like the look of it now, but I also like the natural look of a good patina too.

I've been rolling "unflavored" nearly every day and only having some flavored juice at night. It's funny because "U.F.O." (that's how I label my unflavored d.i.y.) is sort of what I was looking for in the beginning in a sort of "What juice tastes the most like real cigs?" sort of way.

2 RM2s are the only RBAs I've ever owned (except the legendary RM1.) I even use the supplied drip tips! HA!

Both my local REO buddies (one of which you met) have Chalices and various RBAs so I have tried a good number of them but I'm doing fine with RM2s w/sidewinder builds. I am impressed by the "indestructibility" of the materials used in other RBAs (e.g. Chalice) but have never been able to justify the expense of some/most? of them.

Do you know (or does anyone) if the RM2s on the reosmods site are exactly the same as the one's I bought when they first came out? I might buy another one (or 2) for backup purposes.

Rock on brother. I don't really know if the RM2 are exactly the same. It's been a little while since I used them now that I'm all 22mm and all

Just dropping an update. I opened up the RM2 a bit, looks to be about 1/16" but not exactly sure, used a diamond tip burr on the dremel so I could open it upward so the hole didn't get too low. This is a little flavor beast! Running an old school micro coil, 1.5mm 8 wrap 26g k at just over 0.8 ohm. It's not quite the dense cloud of the RM8, it's a smaller cloud but an even more concentrated flavor. I can see this being my go to for lighter flavored juice, and the RM8 for the more in your face flavors. Oldie but goodie.
